When your team recognizes the hard work and effort you are putting in, we feel that it is really what embodies the Employee of the Quarter award. This quarter, Rose was nominated by 5 different teammates from multiple departments. Not only does that show Rose's ability to communicate with people outside of her department, but it also shows how her excellent service resonates throughout the organization.
Rose's ability to work through a challenge and really work hard to understand all of the necessary points, shows that she really cares. When you have a customer service representative that does care, the overall customer experience will continue to be a great one!
